FTS USA provides cable, phone, and internet installation services over 20 markets across the United States. We are looking to add an Assistant Project Administrator to our team! Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Project Administrator. Will assist with Payroll and Human Resource functions, as well as other office responsibilities.


Primary Responsibilities:include the follow. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Assist Project Administrator and General Manager with administrative needs as required.

  • Help with EBL tracking.

  • Assist with recruiting new employees and scheduling interviews.

  • Running new applicants through drug and background.

  • Assisting with the completion of new hire paperwork.

  • Aid in confirming and finalizing payroll to ensure techs are paid accurately.

  • Assist in drafting Termination and CAN forms.

  • Setting up drug tests and filling out accident reports as needed.

  • Answering emails and phone calls.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:


Education:


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related trade school education preferred.


Experience:


  • Administrative experience preferred.


Technical Skills:


  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Ability to comprehend, process and apply both verbal and written skills appropriate to the job

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with customers, co-workers, and representatives of other agencies

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:


  • Sitting at a desk for 5-7 hours a day

  • Working on a computer for 5-7 hours a day

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour


Work: 7am - 12pm
