Job Description

Job Summary:

 

Provide detailed reporting and analysis for performance metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

•         Review of all completed work orders for assigned area

•         Invoice reconciliation

•         Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from the local field office and be able to provide timely and accurate analysis

•         Ability to efficiently analyze complex data and provide accurate, actionable reporting to the field as well as corporate staff

•         Generates complex queries and reports; performing specialized analysis of employee data

•         Support special projects as assigned

•         Preparation of statistical reporting

•         Ability to create and maintain accurate work logs of daily projects

•         Communication with local Management of assigned area on any billing and/or pay issues and corrections

Other Functions/Responsibilities:

1.       Other duties as assigned

2.       Various administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

•         High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience:

•         Minimum of 2 years in a billing specific position OR

•         Minimum of 2 years of industry experience

Technical Skills: 

•         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (using multiple sheets and workbooks, logical operators, creating charts and pivot tables), PowerPoint, Access and Word

•         Must possess a strong financial acumen

•         Requires excellent attention to detail and must be a proven problem solver

•         Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task

•         Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of operations and senior management

 

Business Skills: 

•         Leadership and negotiation, conflict management, analytical and problem solving capabilities, strong customer orientation

•         Strong business minded consultative approach with focus on profitability and margin

•         Strong financial understanding; ability to interpret project financial indicators and use them as part of the decision making process

•         Gather financial information from internal systems

•         Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality to minimize risk of errors

•         Ability to work unsupervised

Physical Requirements:

•         Lifting up to 25 pounds, as needed

•         Ability to travel 25%
