Job Description


Job Summary:   This position is responsible for reviewing all completed work orders for accuracy and correcting any billing errors found.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Review of all completed work orders for assigned area

  2. Compilation and submission of pay files

  3. The research and resolution of any known pay issues

  4. Communication with local Management of assigned area on any billing and/or pay issues and corrections

  5. Invoice reconciliation

  6. Various administrative duties

Other Functions/Responsibilities:

  1. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements




  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)


  • Minimum of 2 years in a billing specific position OR

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience

Technical Skills

  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency with strong experience utilizing MS Excel

  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality to minimize risk of errors

Soft Skills:                                

  • Excellent typing and data entry skills

  • Highly organized and detail orientated

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

  • Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines


Physical Requirements:          

  • Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day

  • Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day

  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
